So the one night I had too many beers, got lazy and didnt lock my truck the Crackheads stole my stuff. Taken was a new Kindle fire HD, my back pack for hunting with all my best turkey calls. The back pack had all the stuff we carry, canteen first aid fire starters compass therma cell and misc. items. They also stole my chargeable spotlight. I live in a decent gated community but can be accessed easily from the side entrance...slums not too far away. Cops were called but not much will be done about it. Funny that they left a pair of Nikon Binocs, a buck knife and Maglite. They opened the carry bag for my decoy and figured no use for that. Pretty pissed off right now and wanted to just throw a reminder that nothing is safe anymore, even though I already knew that.
Man don't that $%$% ya off....I think regardless of where you live within city limits, this will happen.
We have had the same thing happen...I swear scumbags walk the streets at night regularly checking doors.
Religiously lock doors but one night forget for whatever reason...and find truck all a mess. Luckily there was nothing to take.

Sucks i hate a theif. Funny cause where i live for some reason theres all of a sudden alot of " trouble maker drug dealer type " looking people who have moved in. It looks like south saint pete now. It was a quiet place and now theres cops, yelling, baby mamas and all that crap. Sucks how things can change once one family "gets in" they they spread the word to all their cousins and baby dads, and degrade the place. i guess with their tax returns ( they wont last long ) they usually only last a year at most cause where i live at they give you a discounted rate for the first year then when you renew they raise you to market price. Then they move out. I see it every day. But ive been told that now all of a sudden theres people walking around at night "pulling door handles" to see if someones car was left unlocked. Sucks.

No..but it seems to be Anywhereville, USA nowadays.
not just in the city, the sticks could even be worse, depends on the pos. my first try at Fl hunting, at chazz. I left my chair to noodle around for 15-20 minutes got back and it was gone. lucky they didn't take it with me in it. guess they didn't have a forklift.
