Thank you very much one and all for the birthday wishes and it has turned out to be a good one too!

I have spent the day getting packing started for the day I leave which is very soon now!

PLUS I just showed the house tonight..yes at night and they want to talk money this weekend so a big hell yeah for a sweet B-day gift if it goes good.Again thanks to all!!!!!!!!!!!
