I've read some that the pf-9 is great for what it was designed for - concealed carry. They're not made to be a range gun, or a plinker. It was made to give you some adequate power and ability to put shots center mass at 10-15 yards. It's an affordable choice for those wanting to carry comfortably and still have stopping power.

As for judging a gun on price, that's BS. I have a Hi-Point .45 ACP. Ugly, heavy, but it shoots well, has a lifetime unlimited warranty, and is made in USA. Not a CC weapon, but great to keep in a case or in the glovebox of the truck when traveling. It cost me about $150 brand new! I'm considering buying another in .40 and maybe one in .380 or 9mm.
the kel tecs are only good like goodoyster said from 10 to 15 yards, good enough to get you back to the truck or get you out of a jam. i would pick one up if i didnt have my sights set on the cz rami or p-06. i prefer pistols that are all metal, not a huge fan of the poly frame.
bought one used, I've put 100 rds through it without a hitch, carry it all the time. Looking for a p3AT now
GARBAGE>. cheap.. crap.. ... you can get a 9mm for 100 bucks at a gun show... would not depend my life on it.. GARBAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
try to find one for 100 bucks, if you do, let me know
