Get the stuff called Clear Care. It comes with its own storage vial.
It is a dilute hydrogen peroxide solution that provides much better protein removal and cleaning. Only bad part is they must sit in the vial for 6 hours before you put them back in. There is a neutralizing agent on the contact lens holder that eliminates the peroxide slowly over time.
Keep a bottle of a regular solution on hand for rinsing and such.
Well i started with pure moist. It irritated me bad. Just switched to re-nu and it was a world of difference.
Went back and the lady said i need a stronger script. So she dilated my eyes. What a 4 hour cluster f.,..
Had my eye exam today. Walked out of there wearing contacts. The Dr put them in for me, then I went in another room with a tech to practice taking them in and out. I got them out ok, had a helluva time getting them in again. I have to give it to her, she was patient with me as she could tell I was getting frustrated. Finally got them in and said I am out of here. Will be fun later trying this again. My right eye is bothering me a bit, and I have a slight headache. Nice to finally wear my Costa's again!!
Try a sensitive eye contact soak.
