We have very strict rules of no couch, no bed, & absolutely NO table food.
She dont ever jump on the couch or try to jump on the bed. The table food is a big deal. She does not associate us at the dining room table with food.
My wife can be cooking and drop sone food on the floor and dixie wont even try to go for it.
