I don't know if this counts, was a long time ago and I (as most of us) was in a heck of a lot better shape but I once helped move a couch for a friend that wouldn't fit up the stairs to the 2nd floor, it was in a 2 story house (old house), stairs were too narrow so we got a ladder and drug it thru a 2nd floor window.

Been there done that. AND IT SUCKED. Told the wife when we move it was going out the same way it came in but I would not need any helpgetting it out. :rolleyes

Moved an old claw-foot cast iron tub that must've been in the house when it was built. Had to cut out a large section of wall on the 2nd floor just to be able to tip it out. Still buried almost halfway in the ground outside my Gramp's (now my) place in PA. Makes a nice spot to plant strawberries in early spring.
