I see know one posted about the Idiot who shot the guy at the pizza place, claiming stand your ground. These are the kind of people who don't ever need to own a gun, let alone a CWP....

yeah, with the very limited info from the article, I think you are right. Since when did a good old fist fight over pizza become justification for deadly force? I think they will make an example of this guy.
