That ain't right! Tellin him 3 days later that you went up and somebody stole his stands and feeder woulda been funny as hell. But that's frigging hysterical! Hopefully, caught him before he went up there and took down all his stuff. That would suck big time, and he just might leave you some steaming piles under each and every treestand and feeder that you have up there just to get even.
