I don't get why almost everybody agrees on safety harnesses to keep from falling out of a tree ( which can easily go over 100$ ), but so stubbornly refuse to wear a 5$ ball cap that will keep them from getting shot, especialy when it's proven they WILL NOT interfere with the hunt.

Just1more, Good luck on your new club, if it was closer I would be there with you...unless you want to adopt me and put a travel traier on the lease!

I wear orange 99.9% of the times in the woods. At the minimum a orange ball cap. I even have orange flaps that go on my turkey vest. Hell I worry about Elmer Fudds seeing my decoy head sticking out of my vest.

Orange does not mess with deer. Opening day of ML, I had a doe and 2 yearlins literally 5' from the ladder stand I was in. They would pick up a mouth full of corn and look right at me. I had an orange hat on, and an orange vest hanging next to me. They fed right there for over an hour and never spooked

Iluv2hunt, isn't it a requirement to wear orange 200 sq" on all public land? I have a vest and hat, i wear only on WMA's and areas other hunters are in and new private land till I know the lay of the land. Deer are color blind, they see movement and texture not color.
