hate to hear that hope he is going to be alright. That is why i always wear my orange vest on any public land hunt.
This could easily could of been prevented. I can never figure out how people can discharge there weapon at something with out identifing it first. He can blame his self some for not having any orange on when hunters are toting high power rifles around on a hog hunt. I am going up for small game, and do not where orange while plinking squirrel, but could pop a hog if it presents itself. This is why I use a 22 mag. If I down 1 the orange will be on before moving it.
