I might have a bathroom and a half remodel followed by wood or tile floor job in the future, my parents are awaiting bank approval on a short sale condo off 62 Ave N. Might be a bit late or out of your arena but I also have a friend swamped with work and he needs a subcontractor from time to time, happily I'd give him a call.
