Yep. Got the gobbler my son shot thawing out, and just did the brine for it. It will go in the brine tonight and on the smoker tomorrow early before church

Kinda' late in the day, but Happy Easter to y'all. Had a great day at the Easter service at church, then a great dinner with family and friends and then a nap! If we don't get too much rain, we will try to plant some of the garden this coming week. The mosquitos have been fierce here in Washington County for the last few days even though we had frost two days last week. Reflecting on what was been celebrated today, we have so much to be thankful for! Treefarmer
