Hopefully by the time you go in a few months some sort of order, probably our Marines and Airborne, will be in place. But captgeorge is right, keep your papers close to hand, in a moneybelt or something. If ypou can't bear to lose it or have it stolen, don't take it. That includes wedding bands, class rings, St Christopher medals, anything of value. I'm sure you'll be told to travel in groups, larger the better. Might get some military protection, depending on how things go. If all hell breaks loose, they won't even let you go down there until some order is established.

I've been keeping up with the latest over there and now it looks like we've offended the French.They say they could do a better job than th US Army cordinating the relief effort.The Army says that they can't get water and supplies moving because so many diplomats are tying up the runway using the disaster for political gain,and the way it looks to me is that Obama don't have the BALLS to take over the operation because he don't want to hurt anyones feelings. Sounds like a good ol' cluster #### operation.Maybe thru all the turmoil,and grief one proud Hatian man will stand up for his people and say no thank you,we'll manage on our own and lead his people for a change.
