I got mine at Dick's. They had it on sale, then I had a $50 coupon so it ended up being like a hundred bucks off.
Then my tech savvy buddy loaded a bootlegged set of topo and road maps onto it
I own a Lowrance I hunt it has roads and will do the woods, and also has the compass. A little more pricey but it does it all.
I have a garmin etrax use it on the waverunner and in the woods. I now have an android phone I use it in the car and it has been great plays my mp3's and pauses the music when it says directions. I also used it in the woods when my garmin could not find a satalite. only problem was I could not set a waypoint and be guided to it but I am sure there is an app for that.
