foam is not dense or heavy enough. they sell recoil reduction coils from midway that are about the size of a 12 ga round I believe, a little more money but if you could fit a couple of em in there and epoxy around them it would realy cut down on recoil.

Anything worth doing is worth overdoing

Think I just got my second toy. A real nice .270 sps that's a parkerized Buckmasters addition. It's for my son.Paid about 175 less than what Gander is asking for it.
