I had my first check up today, it was just a site check for where they did the surgery. All went well I still cant drive, work ,or lift my left arm above my chest but the RN said I can fish as long as I dont cast with my left or use it to much. I still get tired if I am in the heat to long but I guess that will go away.
It's just going to take some time. Don't push it to hard.
heres something to funny yesturday I got a phone call from a nurse from my insurance company she is like a case manager to make sure I am getting proper care. well she told me that the ER's reason for my being admitted was pnemonia from influenza something someting sinus infection. Now I ave to talk to the ER to get this figured out because this had nothing to do with the flu or sinus infection and I know workmans comp will not cover that. On the other hand if it was the flu is a pacemaker really the best treatment. So a word to the wise if you go to the ER and they cant find out what caused a problem they will pick one. I am just glad they did not call it swine flu and send the CDC to my house. I have never had a flu shot or the flu but I am sure there are some symtoms other than you pass out and your heart stops
