Gotta say this is super easy to make, and very cheap too. It smells like wine, tastes like wine, and definitely has some kick to it.
Definitely a buzz after a glass. Gonna make sure I don't have the :crap: or a jake leg walk before I pour another glass
I used apple juice for this trial. Gonna call it "Al-pipple"!! :cheers

Did you make it in the toilet with fruit like real gangstas do in jail? 😉

Lol no toilets or bare feet involved. I am still alive so I guess it turned out ok. It definitely has more alcohol than regular store bought wine

Very simple. Only 3 ingredients.
Real fruit juice. It MUST be 100% juice. No weird additives or anything. Welch's is the best
Sugar
Yeast
If you use a gallon jug of juice, pour several ounces out to leave room in bottle. There needs to be head space as it will foam. Add 2 cups of sugar. Shake vigorously to dissolve all the sugar. Add 1 pack of yeast. Shake again for a good minute or so.Leave bottle in a closet or pantry for about 10 days. Lid needs to put on loosely and "burped" daily. Bottle will explode if left on too tight. The yeast will "eat" the sugar and produce alcohol. When it quits bubbling it will be done. You need to strain it thru a coffee filter a couple times to get the dead yeast out of it. A day in the fridge will stop the fermentation process.
