treat male and female inmates the same. They are all just as bad. A big mistake alot of male officers make is going easy on females. Most men are taught from birth you never lay a hand on a woman, well sometimes you have to. Never hesitate or underestimate.
Its allways better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
