You might check into Tampa Bay Watch I have run into several of their people with various duties involving bay quality and hazards the bay deals with. They had something to do with the closer of the ell grass beds around Egmont Key and shrimping and they watch the Scallop regeneration in the same area. But every one knows that the sea walls were the biggest demise of the majority of the grass beds in tampa bay but won't admit it so they point some place else. So you may get the run around there too!

Dang man we just finished up a job a few months ago that would have been perfect for you.Built new campus building and remodel old one at CFCC.All in coming products had to be "green" and had to be made no further than 500 miles from project and all kinds of paper work to explain why and were it could be got.On the remodel was the most envi. work. every thing demoed had to be catorgoriezed for recycle, along with hazard material removel, lead etc. Also air purity on site and in buildings.ground water and rain water shed along with soil testing and contamination

That would've been perfect.

Tons of ideas that I wouldn't of considered, guys. I can't tell ya how appreciative I am.
