Drivers should have to take and successfully pass an IQ test before they are issued a drivers license. I am talking about a psychologist administered test. If you are too stupid to drive, then too bad 😈 👿

I have dealt directly with two people today that were driving that should not be............

Dude you don't have to tell me. I have put up to 400 mile in a day on the roads. Sometimes the only thing from seopping me from running people off the roads is that I might have to pick them up.
