I'm never one to bash LEOS, but this case really stinks. From the cops doing the initial stop, to the Judge who signed a warrant with no pc, other than the accused was "clenching his buttocks", to the hospital/ Dr's/ Nurses that performed the procedures, Heads are gonna role and this is gonna be one rich fella. Think of the money to ease your pain, it will buy a lot of those blow up donut cushions to sit on. You won't find George Lopez driving thru DREMING NEW MEXICO anytime soon. A lawyers dream come true case. I had no idea spelunking was so popular out there. GOOGLE IT and post a link, I don't know how.
hope some of them get prison time and get probed themselves. and they wonder why people don't like cops
A lot of my friends were/are cops, and I have nothing against them. In any profession with that many people, like teachers, there are gonna be some bad ones. How this one (pardon the pun) slipped thru the crack, without anyone saying " hold on a minute, maybe we are going a bit too far. When the first hospital refused, it should have been a huge red flag and a wake up call. Those who took part will be facing some serious charges.
