You guys are starting to make me feel :crip just thinking about it. I don't care for the docs much cuz every time I go see one he gives me some bad news. 😆
Crestor and Trilipix, and they have seemed to be the ticket for me. My old doc swore by Lipitor and Zetia, but my #'s actually got worse on them. Try cutting out bread and pasta. Starches really inflate your #'s badly
Metamucil for me. My numbers dropped 60 points to 155 last year, and I didn't change my diet. This year, I have to follow a nutrition plan and exercise more. After the first 2 weeks, I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good in years. Imagine that, gettin my lazy ars off the sofa in the evenins and kicking the klondike bar habit can actually make ya feel better.
a total cholesterol level of under 200 can be bad. it's the ratio of good chol hdl vs bad chol ldl, and triglycerides that matter. the oatmeal and metamucil and meds along with fish oil vitamins and changing diet habits and exersise are key.
