Two hogs dead after being found hog-tied in Pinellas

Authorities are investigating how two wild hogs wound up hog-tied in some mangroves in Pinellas County.
Both hogs are dead. One had been shot; the other died shortly after it was pulled out.
Investigators from SPCA Tampa Bay and the St. Petersburg Police are at the scene, on 4th Street North toward the I-275 entrance ramp.
According to the SPCA, a fisherman discovered the hogs in the mangroves.
