Just one more way for the government to control the people. I'm sure that's not far from being law in our own country. With all the bureaucratic wasteful agencies created by obammy, I could see him creating a US Plant Variety Agency and his disciples swallowing it. In fact I could see him mandating FDA stamps on all meat caught or killed for personal use by the American hunter or fisherman. Wouldn't that be a backdoor way of appeasing his 1%er constituency!

I believe you to be correct on that point. They will not stop controlling and taxing until there is nothing left to control. I wonder if we as American people still have the balls to stand up like the pioneers of old? I am not so sure. Most sheeple will accept this and all else that comes down from big gov as being provided for by the gov...not the truth.I think I should put in a large order of heirlooms today.
it's like they can't find enough ways to waste our tax dollars. 4 years back I wanted a Thai lime (kiefer lime) tree. citrus laws are tough here. I could have gotten a cocaine bush or opium poppy easier. I had to get a dam fruit tree from a non English speaking black market "smuggler".
