mine needs work. i couldn't get online for a week or so last month. the guy from brighthouse said my laptop needs serviced, he said i have software conflicts, whatever that means.

Give me a PM and I'll get with you and check it out. Could be an old version of something that didn't get removed with an update, or you removed a program or driver that was also being used by something else, or just plain old screwed up Windows.
