Spray your clothes in permanone(preferably), or the Coleman non scented insect repellent. You can get either at Wal mart

When you get home, take a shower with Hartz dog shampoo, then regular soap. This time of year I get them bad

Also...the old wives tail of putting nail polish on the bite to draw them out is completely false...Once you feel the bite, the chigger is long gone

Good article to share. I have read it before. I got eaten alive by them my last time scouting 6 weeks ago. Heading out to check a camera this weekend, and gonna use perminon, and combo of 100% deet. This will keep most of them off of you.

Same thing happened to a buddy of mine shooting bows in the woods. Best advice, don't scratch. Mine cleared up in about a week and half. Buddy scratched his and still there a month later.
