hate to sound like a whiner or hypochondriac but now I have a bulging neck disc and carpal tunnel both wrists and elbows from a hit and run whiplash injury. aggravated it with trying to work around the house with hammer/screwdriver/saws all and some gardening. that 3 1/2" turkey load didn't help at all either, and now this damn weather. gonna switch to 22 mag for a shot at my next turkey hunt. just don't have the hand strength to use bow at all, handguns and recoil are difficult. any tips/advice would be appreciated. 1 tip I know don't age past 35.

Quit yanking it like a monkey in a mango tree and that carpal tunnel might heal!

that's how I got the tremendous hand strength (right hand only) to begin with and probably why I now need glasses. plus the docs said not to lift anything over 15 lbs. I think I'd rather live with carpal tunnel.

The wife has it also. She gets the numbness in her hands when she sleeps at night sometimes. Not much you can do without the surgery. Then the rehab is worse than the original pain. Sucks to have it in both hands...
