I believe a 2003 will have a distributorless ignition system. That's where the coil pack comes in.
Check plugs for fouling and cracks. Check them for spark as mentioned above.

I have great spark, I have fuel, I have good battery. It just will not go. guess I aint getting any turkey this week
Check for fuel pressure with a test guage at fuel rail. Must be at factory minimum psi or higher. you could be getting fuel to the rail, but not enough psi to run. Get a haynes manual for your vehicle it will tell you all technical specs, from parts store autozone,advance auto etc, about $14.00 bucks and can rent the fuel pressure guage tester at autozone. You pay the price of the tool, and get the money back when you bring the tool back in.
