SOB's left it there to suffer and die. not even the guts to end it's suffering. hope those A-holes get theirs someday and it's extreme and prolonged.

sucks.. i own a bull dog also.. hate to see a dog suffer.

Well if I were axed I'd say it wandered from it's house in da hood.I doubt it was abandoned,probably escaped.
