Man it's been a long season.I'm starting to get a little tired and burned out. I'm ready for some baseball and some fishing and maybe some overdue yard work.Ended up with 2 bucks and a few hogs.I probably let over 20 hogs walk and seen over 10 bucks and can't tell you how many does. Seen my 14 year old take his first hog,had one of my seven year old with me on at least 3 or 4 caught hogs.Aint nothing better than seeing a child get hooked on hunting and fishing. Started out hog hunting with 3 puppys,one senile old gyp and one decent male dog. Watched them pups go from running roads to finding,baying, and catching their own hogs. I had a great time every time I went.Gotta say it's nice to have a place to share my experiences and pics.
I got burned out after Christmas. It helps when you got a full freezer. With the water and the bears, I just got tired of going up there.
I am looking forward to hearing thunder chickens though
Sounds like you had a great season. :toast I didn't get to spend near enough time in the woods but enjoyed every minute I was there. Got to hang with some new and old buds and that's what it's all about for me. Just about the time I'm ready to go fishin it'll be time for some turkeys!!!! :clap
