Bra'tha Bee's
You guys just ain't right
I left the Bee guy a message
I'm not a scientist, but I think you may have gotten stung by one of the "africanized" bees. I got stung by one in Germany 20 years ago, and they had to cut my BDU uniform shirt off to get to my shoulder. Up till then, I've never had a reaction to any kind of sting before that. But that one knocked me in the dirt. I started running a fever, felt like my arm was on fire too. Had to get a double Benadryl + Epi shot to get over it.
i was really playin up the africanized gimic. it was probably a coincidence, but the events prior to the sting may have had something to do with the attack in question. i was at a hose shop dropping off and picking up coolers for extracurricular activities and this bee was flyin around by my feet, and when it landed, i ended it for him. i left the shop on my way to another job, following the boss' son and about 5 minutes and 2 miles later, this other bee flies in to the cab of the van and lights my arm up. i had to pull the stinger out, and within a couple minutes my arm felt very hot, and the area around the sting was swelled up. by that evening, about 3 hours later my arm was pretty swelled up and was that way for about 2-3 days. at day 2, i decided i should take something for it, some claritin and motrin did the trick for the pain, and in another day the swelling started to go away. i can still feel where the stinger went in, but it doesn't hurt anymore.
I didn't think Afro bees were any more potent, just that they attacked in gangs and were more violent. Also like killing there own kind.
it was fun playin it up. dont know if there is a difference or not.
