Yeah 811, This job we removed a fence and replaced it with a new one. The locate flags were still there from the last fence. The phone company went around a tree and out of the easement with the line. Thats were I hit it. :censored OH well it's done now. Just sucks times are hard and I don't need to be flshing 5 bills down the toilet
