You need to make a company (A trust) and the COMPANY OWNS IT. NOT YOU. for a better use of words. And FBI, ATF or anyone can come into your house at any time with no warrant at all.

I can buy one but i would put it under my companys name.

Forming a Trust is the best way to own Class III (Automatic, short barreled rifles, surpressors, etc) since it does not require your local senior LE official to agree to anything. Alot of County Sheriffs, Chiefs of Police, Police Commissioners, etc won't sign off on a Class III, but a Trust eliminates them from the process.

Anyone can form a Trust and a Company. It's very simple. It eliminates alot of the bullshit associated with owning Class III weapons and toys.

Most Class III weapons are very expensive....

Class III weapons and toys are extremely expensive.
