Kind of a short notice deal here. My families Georgia house is closing tomorrow. Documents are being emailed tomorrow morning to my sister for my mom to sign(and be notarized), so she can turn paperwork around overnighted back to Ga. Being my mom is home bound, we need someone to come to house to do the notary
I got a case of beer of your choice to anyone who can do it

I could do it but obviously I ain't there. Not sure how much you deal with your bank but they'll take care of you as a business owner sometimes. I've thrown $50 to the local store with one when I was in a pinch before also when I was already signing as the buyer. PM sent
