Is anyone on here a current or former member of the Seminole County Gun & Archery Association. I have thought about checking it out but they only have public day once a month. I was hoping for some inside info before investing the time. Looks like a very nice gun and archery range.
My neighbor and a few of his shooting buddies used to belong to that club. He told me they are/were having alot of issues with memberships, politics with the county, complaints from residents in the area, and law suits. Told me to sway clear of them and that range. Never been there, just drove by about 100 times.
The club I am checking out is down by Moss Road. It's the Central Florida Rifle and Pistol Club. http://www.cfrpc.com/ It takes a bit to get involved but appears to be a very cool and well laid out, no BS type club...

No, the reason I haven't joined any of them I have found yet is because I haven't found one close that offers Trap, Skeet, Five Stand, and Sporting Clays....

TRC - I got the two clubs confused. The SCGAA doesn't have any issues, it's the Chuliota shooting club my neighbor , not PAPAj, was talking about... Sorry, I'm an idiot....
