any ideas on a livewell pump

the pump is fine i took it out and it pumps perfect and its got a pickup

it only has a low speed pick up

It's hard to say without looking at it. Every boat is different. My last set up had a valve to let the water fill the well, but it needed to be shut after it was full if you were using the pumps. Just sell that thing and don't look back! 😆

and crock i think you have some secret fantasies about this (fat guy) you keep referring too first it was talking about holes and vasoline and now im talking about pumping and the first thing that comes to your mind is this fat guy a little weird if you ask me 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮
