The talk this morning is charging him with filling a false report.

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

To own one of the ROC (reptile of concern). You have to pay $100 a year permit + the micro chipping at the vet. (one time fee)+ a $30 yearly fee to keep chip active. With out it you can not have a ROC. FWC is in charge of over seeing this. They have the right to take all someones reptiles and ban them from ever owning one agian. And that's what needs to be done with this :shart: .
