yep they charged me 250 for a float valve.. i had a buddy come over and let me know that i got ripped of cause its a piece of pvc that sits on the outside of the unit and can be changed blindfolded and the piece cost 15 bucks..

The whole unit is only 2 years old. I have a full warranty on the whole system. Something happened with the inside unit during that lightning storm last night. He was just here last week and did the annual check up on it

yea its a relay inside the unit thats about 5 bucks. had the same problem. its inside th eunit with the motor.. not the outside unit the inside unit.

We've been having a lot of surges and lightning down here for the last month. I've been selling a ton of surge suppressors lately. Been kind of a good boost for business. :rockon:

If I can't fix it, it's not broke
