I had been wanting to put in an after market trigger since Remington has always had an "issue" with the 700's. After this last recall (which mine was NOT part of), I definitely wanted a new trigger just for my peace of mind. Also, since he is doing Cerakote, I wanted to be a guinea pig. And since he had to take the scope and all off, I said go ahead and put me new scope mounts on
So here is the finished product...New timney trigger, new DNZ scope mounts, and burnt bronze Cerakote on barrel and action.

I like it, it almost looks anodized. +2 on the DNZ mounts, I liked them so much on my Rem 7 that I put them on my ultraslug too
