Well gave up on the 44 and picked up a new Ruger Mini 30 in 7.62x39 today. Thank you Tim at Baywatch Arms for the great price and service. He also told me his transfer fee is $25 so I can deal with some of you S FL guys now much easier.
Can't wait to hear the "expert" opinion on this one...lol I know it it not everyones favorite gun but I will be using it as a truck/brush gun like I would a 30-30 or 44. Will buy a 1x4 or 6 scope on it, short and sweet for easy aquisition.
I love me a mini 30... would love to have one someday
bottom far left is 100yds, the center is a bud of mine at 50 with my gun ,sorry, the top plates were just for hitting the kill zone on a hog at 100yds.
