pawn king in seffner has got a m+p in 9mm in their case, and a 45. i didnt see any 40s.
The original post asked about the M&P Shield, not the regular M&P. The M&P is a double-stack, larger pistol. The Shield is slim-design, single-stack. I think there's some difference is controls (mag release, safety) and sights.
The Shield is harder to find than the standard M&P models. From a quick search on Gunbroker.com, Shields are going for close to $600, although there are auctions with current prices as low as $205, those auctions are still several days from ending, and by the time the auction ends, those will also probably be in the $500-600 range.
Shoot Straight does show them for $449, but you have to call for availability. I'd be surprised if they have any in stock.
We had got in the 9mm and the 40 shields on Monday and they are both gone. But our waiting list is no more. So it is first come first serve unless the gun is already pre paid.. The new Springfield XDS is also another high demand gun. About the smallest .45 you will find. Got 2 of them in on Tuesday.
