Thanks for the link Gary. I'll dig it out of the safe and see which exact model it is. Rob, this is one gun that has no price tag on it. If someone offered me 5k for it I would refuse. Too many good stories behind it. My dad killed his 300# 150" whitetail with it in Montana in '71
If you need a 20 gauge single shot for him to use, I have an old Ithaca lever action break I can let him use. It's a mod choke I believe, and was my first shotgun. I killed a respectable amount of quail, doves and rabbits with it before I got my 870 Wingmaster a few years later.
Is it a WMA hunt?
Can you get away with the 30-30 on a WMA, even if your not carrying the rifle ammo?
