Let's please keep it civil gentlemen. I have a special needs child also (not autism or asperger's, but similar) and have my own opinions on this whole situation
From what I know about Aspergers (which is quite a bit), it did not cause Adam to do what he did by itself. He definitely had another underlying issue

I just don't understand why anybody on God's green earth would run from the police across an entire school parking lot and into the woods if they were innocent and only cutting wood. Yeah right
Please people put yourself in that situation.
Something horrible has happened at an elementary school and police are everywhere. Suddenly police start chasing after innocent you. Would you run from them or hold your hands up?
It's a valid question and unless you answered yes I would run, I think you too should demand answers.
I think it is safe to say something really fishy is going on and for the sake of those children and our nation we deserve the truth.

AR's can be had with side charging handles guys
the stock looked totaly different, no carrying handle/pistol grip and diff forend and rear stock. at a quick glimpse. looked more like a 10/22.
