Well, it's not stolen, yes that's an eotech, and yes it was only $150. I bought it knowing the owner said it had ejection issues, honestly it looks like its never been cleaned before, carbon, dust and something I can most easily describe as black PVC shavings are being pulled out of the receiver. (I have no idea on what it could be, it's not from the gun, everything is metal and there's no sign of galling).

I got it cleaned up pretty much to brand new, bore looks great, everything looks mint

The Eotech is $300 used and the gun is worth $400-500 used. A quick sale for that rig would have been $500-700 not $150? Are you sure it's not a stolen weapon or been used in a crime? Your day could get real bad, real quick if it was used in a crime and they find it in your possession.

The Black PVC shaving could be from the black plastic glock mags getting jammed in it by some knuckle head.....

Nah, serials are clean and the guy sold it to me genuinely did not want to figure out why it wouldn't function. (I know him well enough)

I've discovered that the glock mags he was using, although manufacturer spec, felt out of place in the mag well. Every corner is chewed up, so I figured i'd try a mag from my glock 29, and what do ya know, the 10mm mags not only accept a .45acp, but they feed better than the factory .45 mags.

I figure ill take it to the range some time soon, if its not having a extraction problem I may sell it and put it towards a 308 or 300 aac AR.
