Nice gun man... Went through my AR stage, it was fun and as addicting as any other direction you can go with guns. You'll be happy with it...
congrats on the new toy and sorry to pee in your punchbowl but think it's alot of money and hype for a 22 cal, 6.8 is another story. I'm more an AK fan "Caveman simple" and power = to a 30-30, but wouldn't say no to one as a gift.
hey nacho, found out some interesting info. My stag AR is a 5.56 NATO. but can shoot .223 . As per Hornadys website the ballistics on the 5.56 NATO kicks the 7.62 x 39 all day. other then at the muzzle

.223 is no comparison but......
i should have worded that alittle different. i knew my rifle was 5.56 . just didn't know the big difference between .223 - 5.56 NATO and the 7.62 x39 ballistically..
