Not sure if it's w/in 100 miles, but Peterson's in Mt. Dora does it for around $100. There's also a good gunsmith in Longwood, but I don't know the name off hand.

their full name is fords custom guns and they have a web site but you will have to search for it. their specialty is re-bluing vintage colts, and had been meaning to do a couple of mine for years, but ended up having to sell them.
