I can picture Crock with a pile of dead does under his stand. :turtle Ahh this is gonna be fun :clown :clap

crock can only bring 3 shells, don't need him shooting up the woods. might sound like WW3 where he is at. 😆 😆 😆

Great post Dave T, I never thought of butchers or processers doing that kind of thing but it makes sense that they would.... being a "Bidniss" and all. If you don't mind I would sure like to add that recipe to my game cookbook 😉 .

Used a processor for the first time in my life. Been a hectic week for me so I had no time whatsoever to cut and wrap my own this time. And having 2 deer would be double the work. Plus it takes me forever to make sausage in casings, and the cost of casings is rediculous.
Ended up with a 120 qt cooler almost filled to the top from these 2 deer. All I got done was cubed steak and the rest of it in sausage. Pretty impressed
