I got 3 different kinds of link sausage made.
Cheddar bacon
Italian parsley/cheese
Breakfast

Pretty cool how he does it. He has a checklist and you just mark off how you want each portion of the animal done. And he has about 20 different flavors of sausage to choose from. You can get it in a thick casing or a smaller casing(which is what I got) or loose pan style sausage
Nothing on the sheet about HBS or DBS though

DaveT, makes sense to me. I've always wanted to try my own butchering. You gotta get a deer first...lol. I get all the LEM catalogs and hope that, one day, I'll fill my kitchen with all the gadgets to make my own ground deer and sausages. Being fairly new to hunting and only having access to public land, I figured I better (focus on) and get a few animals first!

I'm thinking once I start doing my own processing, I'll like that just as much as hunting. Probably just like when I started reloading my own ammo. I almost like that better than shooting now.
