a buddy of mine who has eaten probably more animals than i would care to admit to said that if he could get past the cleaning of an armadillo that he would eat them all the time, he said it is great. since they are related to swine, they apparently taste like pork, i will take his word for it unless i ate it without knowing. he said its nasty to clean one.
