Amazing how much tree damage those fat rats can do. When I was in CO elk hunting, I saw several beaver dams on those mountain creeks. Could easily tell where they were due to the bare patch of trees around it
in upstate delaware cty new york they cut down every apple tree on my buddy's 300 acre farm and almost flooded out his house and pasture. I had one surface right between my legs while sitting on a riverbank duck hunting in Colo once, almost crapped myself.
Only here on FOHAF can you talk about having a beaver surface between your legs and get away with it
